1CupFresh Flat Italian Parsley (leaves only no steams)
1/2CupFresh Cilantro
1/3Cup Fresh Oregano
1/4 Cup Red onion (finely chopped)
4 Cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
1/3 CupFresh chives
1/2tspCrushed Red Pepper
1/2 CupAvocado oil or Extra-Virgin olive oil
1/4 cupRed wine vinegar
4 TBSP Fresh lemon Juice
Instructions
You are going to start by fine chopping all the herbs. You can either use a food processor, blender or fine chop by hand. Once all the herbs are chopped to you desired size add to a bowl and mix in your oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and crushed red pepper. After it is mixed you can now taste test it, you can add more crushed red pepper depending on how spicy you want it. I personally keep the spicy level to mild so I can still taste the freshness of all the different herbs.
