Easy Chimichurri Sauce

Summertime is a great time to cook with fresh herbs. With these few herbs you can create the most delicious sauce to go over

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Fresh Flat Italian Parsley (leaves only no steams)
  • 1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/3 Cup Fresh Oregano
  • 1/4 Cup Red onion (finely chopped)
  • 4 Cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/3 Cup Fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/2 Cup Avocado oil or Extra-Virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 4 TBSP Fresh lemon Juice

Instructions

  • You are going to start by fine chopping all the herbs. You can either use a food processor, blender or fine chop by hand.
    Once all the herbs are chopped to you desired size add to a bowl and mix in your oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice and crushed red pepper.
    After it is mixed you can now taste test it, you can add more crushed red pepper depending on how spicy you want it. I personally keep the spicy level to mild so I can still taste the freshness of all the different herbs.
